New Features

Follow-Up Register: Customizable OP register report for follow-up lists (default 180 days, adjustable).

2. Claim Submission Updates: System-wide update to block MDM and CE panel entries upon claim submission authorization.

3. MDM Enhancements: Narrative diagnosis entry enabled (requires settings update); favourite diagnosis lists available for doctors.

4. Diagnostic Requests: Nursing stations can now view diagnostic requests.

5. Role Assignment: Role templates now configurable under User Management for multi-level permissions (Levels 1-4).

6. Payment Integrations: BNPL (Tabby, Tamara) tender payment integration and reporting enhancements in billing.

Improvements

1. Nursing Module: Lab and radiology printing capabilities added, along with lab barcode printing during sample collection.

2. Medical Summary: Optional system-wise medical summary added in the Nursing screen.

3. Sticky Notes: Activated for Nursing screens.

4. Prescription Module Updates: Includes fields for prescription expiry, patient nationality, and enhanced history details (drug name, dosage, and strength).

5. HL7 Engine Improvements (RapidFX):

a. Auto-enabled message types on application restart.

b. Expanded queue storage capacity and performance optimizations.

Bug Fixes

1.     Event Logs: Resolved data missing issues (bug fixes).

2.     QC Module: – Error upload zip and extract csv file issue solved

3.     Appointment Reschedule: Addressed and resolved the rescheduling issue

4.     Follow-Up Status: Fixed errors in follow-up and status establishment.

5.     Patient Information: Resolved the following issues:

      a. Overlapping patient information when reading Emirates ID from the Renewal Window.

      b. CE Panel temporary file issue.

6. Pending Summary: Cleared patient-wise pending summary amount mismatches

7.     Fixed issues related to duplication for ORU message duplication

Implementation Timeline

1. Internal Testing: Entities are advised to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth deployment.

2. Collaboration: Close collaboration with partners and adherence to regulatory requirements will facilitate a successful rollout.

3. Deployment Schedule: Timelines may vary based on your facility’s readiness and RITS Support Desk availability.
