Abu Dhabi has taken a major step in healthcare transformation with the launch of the Abu Dhabi Health Research Centre (ADHRC) by PureHealth. The centre serves as a unified clinical research division, consolidating research activities across 16 hospitals, a wide network of primary care clinics, and advanced laboratories throughout Abu Dhabi. Announced at the ADHRC Research Conference 2025 with support from the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH), the initiative reinforces Abu Dhabi’s position as an emerging global hub for clinical research, scientific innovation, and precision medicine.
The creation of ADHRC represents a milestone in building an integrated research ecosystem. By combining infrastructure, expertise, and digital capabilities, the centre accelerates the translation of scientific discoveries into real-world healthcare solutions that directly benefit patients.
